Michael makes sure things are always on the right track with Worthy Offer Team. As a family man and North Carolina native, Michael has a vision of being able to help the community while doing business. Since 2013, Michael’s goal has been to help homeowners and landlords out of properties that no longer are a good fit for them. Michael has put together many different types of real estate transactions from single-family, mobile homes, multi-family, and commercial properties. He is a solid problem solver and knows how to create win, win, win situations to help everyone involved to achieve their goals.

Jessica has been in the business of helping people for over two decades with a background in sales and marketing. When she came to work with Worthy Offer Team, it was because of the core values of integrity and the ability to do good while doing business. She enjoys creating a positive work environment for the team as they continue to help homeowners throughout North Carolina. As a wife for almost two decades and a mother for four boys, Jessica has the ability to empathize with homeowners in order to help them achieve their goals during the process of selling their home.

Joe is a dedicated family man and Army veteran with a passion for service and excellence. With a strong background in sales, Joe has spent years honing his skills to understand clients’ needs and deliver results. His military experience instilled in him a commitment to discipline, integrity, and teamwork, which he brings to every professional endeavor. Joe is not just about closing deals; he’s about building lasting relationships and creating value for everyone involved. Whether in his personal life or career, Joe’s goal is always to make a positive impact and help others achieve their goals.

Orlando is a family man first and has worked in the real estate industry for many years together with his wife, Carolina. They have both single-family and multi family properties they own and manage. Orlando came on board with Worthy Offer Team to help families with properties they no longer want or need and to provide solutions where others might not know how to help. He’s excited to talk to more homeowners and to continue to help individuals in the community.

Austin is uniquely qualified to help homeowners with an easy home sale because he is a dedicated and experienced acquisitions manager who understands the importance of family and genuinely enjoys helping homeowners.

Adrian has a strong background in insurance and a passion for real estate. Adrian is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to his clients by always going the extra mile, with a determination to help everyone reach their goals. Outside of his professional life, Adrian is an avid traveler and a devoted family man, which shows in his work, always acting in the best interest of his clients as he would his loved ones.

Sandra is a detail-oriented and service-minded individual. She and her family RVed throughout the US for several years until putting down roots and coming to work with the Worthy Offer Team. Her ability to solve problems and navigate difficult situations makes her the perfect person for the role here at Worthy Offer Team. She loves to help people through every step of the way so they can achieve their goals with their properties.

Daniela helps make sure the home selling process goes smoothly no matter how clients decide to work with Worthy Offer Team. She is a kind and resourceful individual who is always ready to step up to any challenge. She and her husband Zach enjoy traveling and spending time in the backyard with their dog, Rosie.

Nathalie works diligently to make sure everything is on track behind the scenes in the company so that nothing falls through the cracks. She supports each team member as they work through the transactions with homeowners to create an overall positive experience.
